Andy Ellwood is the Founder of Crux Point, the leadership studio he wishes he’d had access to during his more than a decade of founding, building, and selling start-ups. Crux Point has become one of the fastest-growing coaching and offsite facilitation practices in New York City serving clients worldwide.

Kirstey Smith joined Crux Point in 2022 and immediately leveled up the operations and client experiences across the X^ community. Having worked with multiple founders and executives prior to joining, she has been through multiple X^ moments with others.

Adam’s first job was on Obama’s campaign staff. His second was producing interviews with world leaders and entrepreneurs for NPR. In the decade since he’s carved out a niche helping leaders find the language their ideas deserve.

A three-time CEO, Andrew was most recently the CEO of Stamped, now publicly traded under $TINY. Previously, he was an EIR at Betaworks and the CMO at Bitly in New York City. He's a marathoner, amateur photographer, and loving husband.
